Form Builder lets you create forms with a visual builder, store entries, and display forms via shortcode.
Features:

Note: Email notifications are currently disabled in this version.
Privacy
This plugin stores form submissions in custom database tables on your WordPress site. Submitted field values, and optionally the submitter IP address and user agent, are stored for form entry management. No data is sent to external services by this plugin.
Instalación
- Upload the plugin folder to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
- Go to ARYU Form Builder in the admin menu to create your first form.
