But I decided to give it a try. This plugin turned out to be super fast at fixing my permalink to match the title of the page. Also, if you are using a page cache plugin such as w3 total than you will need to empty for cache before you see the changes take place in your website. Note for the author of this plugin. Not sure what the other reviewer was expecting. This plugin came in handy. I cloned my blog onto another domain and wanted to make the URLs different than the source blog. This did the trick.
