How to Setup Contact Form 7 Constant Contact

Go to «Constant Contact Accounts» tab then add new account.
Go to «Constant Contact Feeds» tab then create a new feed.
Map required Constant Contact fields to Contact Form 7 fields.
Send your test entry to Constant Contact by clicking «send to Constant Contact» button.
Go to «Constant Contact Logs» tab and verify status of previously sent entry.

Connect Constant Contact account

Connect any contact form 7 to Constant Contact account by simply entering Constant Contact access token. Additionally, you can connect multiple constant contact accounts.

Map Constant Contact fields

Select any Constant Contact list then Map Constant Contact list fields to any contact form 7 fields. Plugin displays all Constant Contact fields.

Filter contact form 7 submissions

Filter contact form 7 submissions sent to Constant Contact based on user input. For example , send those customers to Constant Contact who check «Subscribe» checkbox.

Manually send to Constant Contact

Send contact form 7 submissions to Constant Contact when someone submits a contact form. You can manually send contact form 7 entries to Constant Contact.

Constant Contact logs

View a detailed log of each contact form 7 submission Whether sent or not sent to Constant Contact and easily resend contact form 7 submission to Constant Contact.

Send Data As Constant Contact object Notes

Send one to many contact form 7 form fields as Constant Contact member notes when someone submits a contact form on your site.

This plugin did exactly what we were hoping it would do – add new subscribers to our constant contact mailing list using a CF7 form. Did have a hiccup with the setup and the support team was quick and helpful to getting us back on the right track.

I’ve used CRM Perks for some paid solutions, but on a nonprofit project was REALLY impressed with their Contact Form 7 > Constant Contact. I find CC is always a bit more hoops to set up compared to some other email platforms, but the documentation is clear for this plugin. I was familiar and happy to see their ‘feed’ setup: once you get the CC api set up, the heavy lifting between CC and Contact Form 7 is made VERY easy with the ‘feed’ portion. The most important thing this plugin allows you to do is set up consent to opt in via a conditional: that way you can ask if someone wants to sign up to be on your CC list, but only if they say yes (very useful for general contact forms or maybe a specific form where you think a simple ask to be on your list is appropriate).

Reached out to the team for issues on connecting Contact Form 7 to Constant Contact. The support was great and my issue was resolved quickly. I will be purchasing their paid plugin. Definitely will be worth every cent! =)

When I first tried the premium plugin it had some issues with adding multiple lists for Contact Form 7. Support worked with me and fixed the issues. This plugin saved client the hassle of reworking several forms into another form package.

I was having problems getting my API Key and Secret key to work and reached out to the customer support. They were very quick in responding and were able to help me solve the issue by giving me a new set of keys. Very happy with the results!
